This is my first time participating in a weekly challenge.

Sunset over a ruined castle by the sea many sunsets after its glory, but even more sunsets from oblivion. I thought of the aftermath of ruination by natural disasters/causes. I consider this a relatively serene process. I tried to capture this in a calm scene.

For this piece I used 10 orange colours. The "blue" sky and "green" grass in this work are in fact yellowish- oranges . This started out as an experiment using a gamut mask.
