Didn't you submit this same piece earlier? Deleting and resubmitting isn't likely to help your work be approved earlier, it can actually delay it. It can help only if you fix the issues that are likely keeping it from getting approved in the first place. In this case, you have some NPA (not pixel art) elements in the piece, which aren't allowed on PJ. The gradients in the eyes, and possibly elsewhere are NPA. If you placed them by hand instead of a gradient tool, then the NPA look is because you used way more colours than you need.
"Way more colours than you need" seems to be an issue all over this piece, really - you have 170 colours in it, but at a glance, it looks like ~30, which means you probably have a lot of redundant or otherwise poorly chosen colours. You also have some banding going on (pixel lines that line up and look more jagged as a result), particularly in the top part of the chest.
