Even when zoomed in, I can barely tell the difference between the colors.

in my screen the cyan is almost white, so I only see illegible blocks. I'd use more contrast to make sure anyone can read it properly.

I'm affraid you've crossed the border of minimalism here. However introducing 2nd colour into the font is an ineresting idea.
