The shading needs work, the yellow tones are too similar.

This looks... *Paintish*. That yellow color is burning my eyes.
The only thing I like in this is the animation.

now that is one huge @$$ duck. maybe try outlining with something other than black in some places

I think the black lines stand out to much on the yellow base colour, Id recommend having a dark yellow, and then a yellow a little darker for the curves, so it's smooth.
