I feel like the last years just flew by, I haven't uploaded a lot a did and here I have even uploaded less than anywhere else.
This is actually an experimental study from 2013 drawn after photograph, I restricted myself back then to observational drawing, no tracing, no colorpicking out of the ref.

I still think that one came out really nice. Most likely I would do a background and a cast shadow and smoothen out the borders if I'd do it today.
But I still like that piece really much, so I am uploading it here. |
