I think the style for this is very cute. The animation could be improved however. I don't think the stripes on her tights would be affected by the wind, like the skirt is, and the hair in the back might look more interesting if it swayed from side to side. Also sure about the shoulders moving up and down like that while the arms stays frozen in place. Apart from that I think this is a nice sprite. You have a very nice flow in the skirt, and I like the way the bangs move!
