Technically this is still pixelart without any freehanding, despite its simplicity. Still though i think it could be stepped up a notch, maybe put some cloudy shapes in the sky using the dithering, or use the dark blues to do some AA on the buildings.
Theres nothing particularly wrong about this piece, it just is excessively simple. You havent done anything wrong here, but at the same time, you havent dont much....at all.
@ -DE- i know what you mean, i think part of the problem is that the rules are rather ambiguous regarding 'bad' work, though i think its more ment for things like crap done in 5 minutes with the pencil and fill tools that people try to pass off as legitimate and finished "pixelart" or "oekaki". Even that though is becoming more prominent.......
