Watched Gravity Falls for the first time! I'd seen images of Bill before, and tbh I didn't imagine his personality or voice to be what it is, haha! But I like it :) Also once again, sorry for the watermark, it's for my website haha

Very very nice. the dithering and thick outlines work really well to help him keep his flatness.
