Okay, thanks, I'll work on it, I was just trying to make a piece of work, using limited colours.

This is... bad.
Dithering is completely unnecessary, and the light gray is also put in wrong places (I assume you tried to AA with it).
Next time spend some more time on one piece and make sure you actually like it yourself before submitting.
