Doesnt look much like an assassin for hire, does she? Textbox graphic for a GBA rpg that is yet unnamed, took a few hours on a lazy sunday morning Probably could have saved some colors in this, but the whole game uses the same 256c palette so im getting spoiled :P crits and comments welcome. Tuesday 3-14-06 : edited in an attempt to solve some of the issues mentioned

It just doesn't look like an assaassin-type character. She seems so free-spirited. I love her hair. Oh well.

Edited and had a go at fixing the errors mentioned. Eye bigger (thanks stitchy for pointing that one), and worked on the goggles but im not sure how much better those got. Fussed over the hair for a bit, but ended up not changing much, ill have a more serious go at making it better when ive not got a term paper due in and exams all week >.< . Also fixed a glaring error on the chin, i swear to god above i thought the purple was lighter than the second peach....d'oh. should make things a bit smoother now and when i get a chance ill look for some other botches along the same line (though none are standing out atm)

My humble advice is It would be awesome if you do some "movement" to the hair, like she is turning to you, if you understand what i mean.

The nightvision goggles i had trouble with, because its supposed to be a lense with a metal rim (hense the 'outline'.....any suggestions on how to keep the design of them but not have the ugly 'outline'?

And yeah i wondered about that hair...might try to fix it later but this was mostly for-fun anyhow

The only other thing id like to point out is that this is for the Gameboy Advance, so if you are zooming and it looks like crap, dont zoom in ^^ it should be about actual size on most monitors

Maybe AAing it is not a good choice for such a style... I like it the way it is. Just think that that piece of hair besides her hair could be darker, since it seems it's coming from behind. Also, no outlines for the green glasses. Minor mistakes apart, great piece! 5/5

At first I thought she was a he. Really. But that's just how manga works, I guess...
Anyway, AA is severely lacking and it really takes away from the piece when zoomed.
