My first time joining the Weekly Pixel Art Challenge.

I choose the pallette of #100 Voltorb because I was checking random numbers and when I saw this one I though about the oranges and strawberries.. but eventually came out with this. It was pretty challenging, and the oranges should have more yellow tones but I let's say it's the red type or oranges. :P

It took me way too long for something like this, but for an hour at least I was studying the anatomic of butterflies :D

Weird that I saw this just as a butterfly flew in the window. And yeah, a bit too red, but not much you can do when you have to stick to the palette I guess. Also I don't think butterflies are related to pokemon, except that there is a butterfly that is a pokemon. But if you wanna go that way you probably won't be able to make any animal.

How butterfies are related to Pokemons? I know only Pikachu, Charmander and Psyduck. ^^"

Basically I wanted to make still life with oranges and strawberries but the red palette didn't work right so I reminded this type of butterfly en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monarch_butterfly which was perfect for orange, white and black palette :)

Butterflies are okay (as are ice creams, rubbish bags, and keyrings...). If it's only tangentally related to Pokemon, it's fine.
