Kind of depends on your taste. I've played a lot of DOS games in the 80's and 90's that didn't have any anti-aliasing in the graphics. I agree that it's great work! And I am especially pleased to see a background like you have. (mine are so boring)
This art surely has a decent quality. It lacks some AA and has some excess dithering for my taste, though. Good work overall.
I've been wanting to do some Naruto fanart for fun and this is inspiring! I loooove the eyes. Nice to see another pixel portrait artist out there :D
