Nice :) The only thing I can think of would be to maybe darken/lighten the pants leg? Cause at the moment it blends together.

Neat style! I'm a pixel amatuer so my constructive criticism might not count for that much buuuut, in my opinion the guy on the left looks almost like he's wearing a skirt ( Which doesn't have to be a bad thing ) and the outlines are a bit jagged in places like the guy on the right's arms. You could try using a lighter grey to smooth 'em out. I don't mean AA, just a lighter colour in place of that darker one and using a single-pixel line. Also guy on the right's head is a bit too far forward I think... I like his stance though and his shoes :D Hope that helps some. Happy pixelling!
