Anim: might use more bounce; the butt doesn't move all that much compared to the flap.
The near-triangle made by the outline of the inside of her arm bothers me most, I can't help seeing it as a solid object in front of her.
Palette: nice colors, lacks contrast. All colors have values above 50 except 2, the outline and the eye; makes the outline stand out way too much (might explain much of the above triangle issue too). Darker shadows would help with volumle too.
I don't like her mouth much, no idea how to fix :S
