Exceelent use of colour and c64 hi-res mode here - the mushroom cloud has really volume and energy to it.

I think this could use some variety in the dithering type--not all 50/50.

Color ramp is great, dithering makes for an eery looking glitchy scene and the frame of the exploision makes everything look chaotic. I love it. Wonderful work.
