From the memories of a repair-master hermit:
... I found this abandoned one-legged robot in the forest. Who would want the iron leg of this ancient model? Although it`s possible some animals.. After those vociferous genetic experiments in 2077 is anything could crawl..
Had to tie it like a backpack on my back. Need it to repair because this guy knows a lot useful things - 38/b3 was always did excellent performed different functions. Silly people... When you exit the new production model, they immediately rushed for new clothes, and obsolete robots are transported to the forest or to the dump.
What is this stupid world of consumption...
Basically I'm looking for spare parts in the woods, because in scrapyard many bandits. But that guy almost a whole! Yes, drag him is still decent... Boring weather and the mood... Putting the mini-charger was give him a little stirred. Asked, if he knows any poetry, and he begins to tell a magnificent poem on the way home, and even with some expression...
Didn't think 38's is laid... What a douche bag!

This reminds me the swamp area in MadMax Fury Road, but when it was like in the second movie before all was sand.

very good work - congrats

Mandrill (Level 9 T-rex) @ 10/7/2015 11:03

Haha, you are too kind! I would proudly hang it on my wall!

andylittle (Level 9 T-rex) @ 10/6/2015 14:23

@Mandrill - Dude, I'm glad you liked it. Thank you for the kindly words!

If I had a bigger size, I'd have sent a print especially for you

Mandrill (Level 9 T-rex) @ 10/6/2015 11:21

Damn Andy! This is some really artsy stuff. I'm blown away by the lighting, colours, composition, storytelling and overall craftsmanship, they are stellar. Especially that single bird in the sky is a very nice touch.

Easily good enough to be printed out and hung on a wall.

andylittle (Level 9 T-rex) @ 10/6/2015 05:27

@Worship - Thank you

andylittle (Level 9 T-rex) @ 10/6/2015 05:24

@feiss - no specific Ref for this view. But I carefully studied different types of dirt on different photos and made my own :)

And of course the image like this was not drawn at once. I returned and polished it many times and many times threw it.
Thank you very much!

feiss (Level 5 Detective) @ 10/6/2015 03:37

Insane. What a wonderful masterpiece in outstanding 16 colors!

did you use a reference? It's a very compelling landscape!

Worship (Level 1 Seaman) @ 10/6/2015 02:52

Very nice!

andylittle (Level 9 T-rex) @ 10/6/2015 00:45

@elend - Thx )

andylittle (Level 9 T-rex) @ 10/6/2015 00:34

@s t s - It depends on the monitor settings. For example on my old laptop the buildings merge with the sky. But on the main computer, where I work, all settings are optimal. Thank you!

elend (Level 3 Corporate Drone) @ 10/6/2015 00:30

andylittle (Level 9 T-rex) @ 10/6/2015 00:29

@DawnBringer - I thought about it, but it will increase the number of colors. Originally, I wanted to use only 12 )  In any case thank you much!

andylittle (Level 9 T-rex) @ 10/6/2015 00:26

Thank you, people!

dami1310 (Level 5 Detective) @ 10/6/2015 00:03

Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow... WOW!

s_t_s (Level 1 Rookie) @ 10/5/2015 23:31

Great scene but in the first place I didn't quite know what that thing on the left was... Also I had to zoom in to see that there were buildings in the background. A little darker colour would help see them ;)

Nether (Level 5 NES) @ 10/5/2015 23:00

This is very pretty. I have a hard time believing it's only 16 colors. Great job!

CELS (Level 7 Lotus) @ 10/5/2015 21:17

Amazing job. And only 16 colours. I would have needed about 100 for a piece like this.

Wolfenoctis (Level 8 Cannibal) @ 10/5/2015 20:59

Excellent work

DawnBringer (Level 10 Maniac) @ 10/5/2015 18:58

Very nice scenery. Though the middleground blends with the foreground and does not really convey much depth. It could benefit from more haze and blueshift, after all the city in the background displays quite dim weather.

Omrii (Level 4 Button Man) @ 10/5/2015 18:52

Whoa :q

super atmospheric. Pixeling is just great. I like how you can draw muddy dirt with puddles of water and it doesn't look all weird.

Evidence (Level 3 Corporate Drone) @ 10/5/2015 17:42

what a great lighting ambiance

RAV (Level 1 Rookie) @ 10/5/2015 16:25

morning wood.
