I'm really not a fan of white outlining, most of the times it takes away of the piece. Also I think this could really need darker shadows for more contrast.

That's lovely! Beautiful colors.

Looks great , though i'd nix the white outline. Something about the purple shadow under the first hair curl breaks up the harmony of the reds in the head area. Might just be me though.
