Hmm.
Your shading technique is quite interesting but the piece looks like it's been rushed out: the pixels seem misplaced as if you held left click when you drew :/
Pixel art, as its name implies, demands that every pixel is thought out (as much as possible) which means pixels are placed one by one or at least controlled.
Of course experience comes with time but these are the basics, and I thank you for controlling your colors (color limits are another fundamental rule of pixel art ;)
Anyway, welcome to Pixeljoint. I hope you have a nice stay and get to upgrade your skills (you can roam through people's gallery's first pieces if you wanna feel better :)
