Ah im glad it look better
im working on a laptop and seperate monitor with an odd color filter and low brightness, sometimes colors dont appear as washed out as they truly are.
Oh. so much better and still just as soft. Great update.
fyi, I use both Macs and PCs and Macs generally always look slightly lighter and it was really, really, washed out on the Mac.

and thank you for the advice as well. i dont know much about pixel art since drawing is a hobby for me and ive never taken art classes etc. I think i will edit this peice so that everyone can appreciate it without it looking too washed out. I also never new about color usage when doing pixel art so thats new to me too 0-0...

The colors are washed out for my taste. It fine when viewed in darker background, but suffers from lack of contrast with lighter or white background. Check for duplicate colors too. Image specs tool tells me you have 17.
