I would recommend adding a little bit of AA on the text because the outline looks rather jagged. You already have all the colours you'd need for it. It's not necessary though, especially if you're looking to emphasise the blockiness.
A lot better, but this piece will not be accepted unless you change the semi-transparent shades of gray to a total-opaque gray or total-transparent color.
