I don't understand your question. You're not using lines in this, you're using shapes and shadows to define most things in this piece. The fact that they don't need AA doesn't say anything about whether they're good or not, though - it just means they're made of the sort of edges that don't need AA xP Whether they're good or bad depends on whether they convey the shapes and forms you want to convey, does it not?

Yea, ive probably made it a little too small to really distinguish the tongue but i think im going to leave it there for now.

What's the red? The tongue?

I don't think this needs AA, personally. It's small, and all your lines are made of very small segments/steps. There are only a few spots where AA would even fit, and it would probably not be noticeable.
