Hmm the poses are good, but you should keep the same proportions and shading style for all of the frames. I can see some sprites without on of the light gray on the clothes.
I used to have an animator. Jasc Animationshop 3. But it was only a trial version and it expired a long time ago. So any of my recent works won't have any animated gifs. I do have some animations of ol' Harman here, but I'll have to go find them. :/

Looks ok I guess. Though I can't crit it, since it's just a sprite sheet. Now if it were animated, I'd be harping all over it. I don't understand why you post a sprite sheet of character frames, while your Final fantasy character (I think it was Raem or something like that) was animated. I'm a bit confused. Other than that, and judging from your other works, it looks like you have a nice style for pixeling. I hope to see some more of your stuff.
