This has 19 colors; the 11 extra are likely accidental and should be easily removed (find them by hovering the cursor over the palette).
While you're at it, you might improve the palette a bit with a better range of hues (hue-shifting) and mostly saturation (you have about only 2: ~30 and ~90-100).
You need at least one color to bridge between the torii warm tones and the background; it would be most useful to help blend the distant fence within the bg.
