Damn, I love the way you did the fire in this one. It looks like a technique I'll have to try out sometime.

@flaber: thanks for the critique :) you've got some good points on the fire to enhance the effect, i'll look into it but i cannot promise to change it -- since it's hell lot of work to edit ^^

however, the blues in the logo are still alittle jaggy, but thats about it.

the only other thing would be the fire.. vary the tip lenghts since the top of it is nearly flat, when flames always vary sizes, and add a few whispy lines perhaps opposed to just using 2x2 squares. The squares give a neat effect but i dont quite see it as fire. or maby perhaps drop the dark purples, flames are bright and have very distinct outlines against a dark background.

but besides some of those.. those are mostly nit-picky i suppose, it looks really good.

I think I saw this on Pixelopolis...really awsome, especially the texture on the background! And the contrast between the fiere tones and the blue logo works very well too!
