I hope it's not blasphemous to post this here ;) It's my old dA header back when dA allowed you to upload and use these things. It must've been a good 11 years ago (the file dates back to 2004). Man, I am old.

Hmm yeah it's quite an old file, I think some compression's gotten to it, hence the stray pixels. BoxedTown 2 has similar problems I think. I don't think I have the original PSD somewhere anymore, though. And it could also be that I was just sloppy with colors back then (it's been 10+ years) ;)
