These citizens certainly do like building tiny skyscrapers! Some floors are smaller than half the size of them.. I think that happened due to me adding the people after designing the city 
The other half? Yeah there we go, that's what I was trying to symbolise! I guess it was a crappy way to do so! Yes, a child did jump off the balcony, who's body then gets snatched by some dodgy man from behind a building. The child was actually produced by the couple getting it on, but the father didn't want to be a part so he comitted suicide, followed by his own son.
The fleas were actually meant to be dogs, but I guess the bounciness portrays a flea better, so we'll leave it at that! At that resolution, it's really up to you!
The people underground are doing some parkour, like dropping down from various places and climbing, but really it's too dark to consider such acrobatics!
Parkour is not so much important to this society, as it is a necessity to get around. Everything is built really tall, and without many ways to get places, aside from spaceships that leave too quickly, and hyperdrive shuttles for long distance travel.
Are we them? Who knows. I hadn't intended it to be this way, but maybe the higher spirits are comminicating with me in a form that I can understand, and interpret into a message to share with everyone!
Is the world just a simulation? Well, you could ask the same question about our world, and the answer will probably never be answered, because the clues that it is are outside the simulation.
Do we live in an ever expanding gif ac- ok, these questions are starting to spiral out of control. I'll leave you to think about that one yourself, as I don't know the answer myself! Maybe we are all just pixel data! Maybe that's truely what atoms are!

About the missing frame side... Yeah. I wanted the piece to kinda symbolise that there was way more city, but I guess I didn't get the subtly right!
xD A guy doesn't actually fall out the ship, he falls off the scaffolding, only to quickly climb back up it for the next ship to knock him off!
Very entertaining. I love it. Like Finlal said, your missing right border looks weird, and to me, it makes me assume that there's more. So there's more...right?

What happened to the other half? Is that a child jumping off the balcony? Are the single dots rabid fleas chasing everyone? Why are the subterranean dwellers less adept at their parkour? Why is parkour so important to this society? Are we them? Is the world just a simulation? Do we live in an ever expanding gif looping across the eons?
