Yes, I would have to agree with Maupix on this. A 51 color palette is overkill for a medium/large size piece like this. Try to find the colors that don't contribute too much to the color ramp. If one really has to squint to see the detail, then most times than not, there needs to be more contrast in the palette. Other than the other fixable things mentioned in the other comment, your style is nice stuff. I look forward to more of your subs.
I'd recommend trying to bring the color count down by half or less, especially since it's a base you're working on to reuse (there are some 25 colors in the base only, 8-12 would be a worthy goal).
Also there is some banding in the legs and hair.

Thanks for linking to the image specs. That definitely helps. I seem to have a big problem with bringing in random colors for highlights and lines when a previously used color would have worked just as well, so this well help a lot. I didn't even notice the banding until you pointed it out! I'll definitely keep that in mind for my next piece.
