Looks very banded to me. You should add more breaks within those outlines on the blue fields.

I feel like the huge blocks work against the sense of scale that is otherwise well-done. The large blocks with their large-scale texture make the character and trees look like they're just small, rather than the temple looking and feeling huge.

The glowing opening(?) of the temple gate looks a bit banded.
