Featured in the title card for my NeonMob pixel art series, Mutants vs. Monsters, is “Pompadour Punch,” one of my best-animated and rarest special attack cards. It was tough to suggest a jelly-like mutant and maintain the Neo Geo Pocket fighter style, but I think this card turned out exceedingly well.
