You know I was thinking and I find this challenge as true challenging. I'll try to do something for it but I'm not sure if I'll submit a piece cuz I always change my mind by the end :/ then I regret that I didn't submit! girls are weird.
When I think of minty fresh I would think of a very white color choice with a few very bright greens.
could be wrong, but I think minty-fresh just means like fresh and clean. Like imagine you gargle some mouth wash, your mouth would be minty fresh and clean. Or... you know... it could just be manupix's thing...
I can understand if there's some justification for disliking a challenge--but this prompt is so open I have trouble seeing how it would be massively offensive to someone? The fact that neither is giving any reasoning is what annoys me.

It's hard to impress everyone, so negative opinions on a challenge are quite annoying to see.
A 'mockup' is basically creating a screenshot of a fictional game from scratch in pixel art, Rei. Here are some examples:
