This is week's challenge is not only about creating a top-notch piece of pixel art. No, no, I also want you to craft a monochromatic palette.
You can choose from the following colours which have to be the base of your palette. However, choose wisely! Each of the hues has a theme attached to it that doesn't quite fit with what you would normaly connect with it.
Yellow (jungle, forest, fields)
Green (drought, desert, barrens)
Blue (fire, lava, heat)
Red (ice, cold, snow)
Canvas Size - Max. 300x300
Colors - Max. 7.
Transparency - No.
Animation - Optional.
Technically no. It should be a tint of Red, Green, Yellow or Blue. So you might get away with pink and black, skyblue and white, but black and white no. :)
max. 7 colors... so, technically, monochrome 2 color-pixels consisting of only black and white are okay?
Some ideas of mine, feel free to use 'em:
Yellow: savanna, autumn forest
Green: ? good luck
Blue: Indonesia's Kawah ljen volcano
Red: Polar sunset, polar bear bloodbath, ice cream
Mhhh interesting challenge and 300x300 max size two
I will definitely take advantage of that
although the Yellow theme will probably be the easiest one to do since you can createwood, grass, leaves that actually looks like colors a "normal forest" will have
but I guess every challenge needs an easy mode
For those not sure and not reading the wiki article...
Monochromatic = 1 hue, and varying colors based on tint(white) and shades(black).

Tone is also included, but is simply a mix of black/white added to the hue (ie; gray).
Above is an acceptable array of colors to choose from.
