I don't know if it's just me, but the eyes in the front view looks like it's popping off of her face. Other than that, I would say it looks very nice with simple colors.

The glitch out effect on the preview looks pretty cool. How did you do that?

Thank you! Even though I've improved, I still have a difficult time drawing a full avatar. I'm trying my best to figure out how to do that.

I've fixed the banding problem and reduced the amount of dithering. However, I can't do too much about the colors, since the original design is that she wears a pure white dress. I did add a bit red into the white colors, but all I could do is make some small hue adjustments. Thank you for the tips by the way.

She looks really cute, but there's one thing that's bothering me. Her bust size seems to be uneven, the left chest is curvy while the right chest is flat.

Also, I'm a big fan of you art style. 

I love the dark palette you used. It looks like the outer gods from lovecratfian mythos, which gives me a sense of creepiness.

Jokes aside, The lightning effect looks pretty neat! But I worder if you can put some highlights on the arms when the lightning comes out, since lightning usually generates light.

She's my original character. Although she's actually based off of a real person. A certain special someone <3

You don't need to scale up the piece. Pixel Joint has the function to scale up/down.

I fixed all of the problems you pointed out, and changed the wall color to make Alice's outline more visible. Thank you for pointing them out.

Also, my main focus is actually Alice herself. I will be doing more pieces revolve around Alice in different places and situation.

An interesting design, but something is a bit off on this piece.The tentacles look pretty realistic, but the main body feels kind of flat.

Also, I suggest you remove the background since it doesn't serve too much purpose to the piece.
