Shading should be from a defined lightsource. though it appears to be pillow shaded in most places.

looks like a G.O.L.E.M. from guild wars., only with thicker arms and linger legs.

i agree with equilibrix as far as shading goes. the robot could also be in a more natural pose.

I believe this to be your best piece so far. only thing that could be better is smoother transitions between shades.

though its not as good as the Laura one.as some people have mentioned on Sal's, the hair could use some work.

the lips look too saturated, even if she is wearing listick, i doubt it'd be that bright.
