 Loving the colors, it's a rather cute piece for sure! 

 Agreed, the neck/ jaw could use a little bounce. The tail moves a little awkwardly, too. If such dynamic tail swing was intended, a bit more of the whole tail should be swung, instead of just the middle/ tailtip. The walk itself is rather smooth though, good job!

 I can agree with you all, I like the colors and character's design too, but it's not mine so I can't take credit for that ;v;

Dithering was involved for most part to not use additional 20 colors to blend markings with AA gradients uvu;

 Could use a "fade out" animation for the glow, otherwise it seems a little odd with just disappearing suddenly. But it's really nicely done otherwise :3c

Agreed, although the background is cute, it's rather distracting from the main focus. Lovely colors overall!

 Ehe, thankyou! Yeah, there's technically 4 ears, 2 behind the mask. I was going to remove outline, but it would've blent in too much, so figured it'd be better to keep it.

 It's always pretty cool to see characters you've drawn at some point as well <':

Whoops I only now realized how awkward the one on horn is. Otherwise it was positioned from above. Kind of. To be honest not sure from where exactly. Ligh sources are my weak spot so I agree that they always are crazy.
