	centurion @ 10/28/2009 18:53 commented on Cityscape Overall good piece for a beginner. The teal windows do not help balance the piece as a whole, and they do not fit in with the gray window. Im not sure why, but they seem... off. Look at pictures of clouds next time as a reference. And dithering is not hard at all, but by now you might have learned!! Nice job for a beginner piece!
