(You can use wouterpleizier.nl/pj/ to see if some colours are not needed - PJ Image Specs tool) Shading and general feeling is very nice. Hair is more detailed on bottom (and looks fantastic!), so it gives the impression of unfinished piece. Shape of the flag could be drawn more precisely to make that pixel-by-pixel feeling.
