So why you just don't tell me what is bothering you, about the "automatic tools" I mean. Because I'm new in this site and I don't understand what is the difference between drawing a line with 5 dots one by one, for exemple and drawing a line by changing the brush.

And if it broke the rules, how can anyone proove that I didn't do it "by hand"?

Hmm, I didn't use it for the character, just for the backgrownd, because I like it more with white dots. So, you want me to delete the dots on the backgrownd and then draw them again one by one? It makes no sens. But if you're sure that break the rules, I'll do it, I have all the time in the world

AND it's not a "spray can tool", I just clicked on "choose brush".
