Hey hey, thank you so much for the kind words! Loved the Momodora games so there's no way I'd miss the opportunity to study from them haha

Thank you, will do! I'm currently trying to study styles I very much enjoy -- namely Disgaea and Ragnarok Online -- so i can't quite upload my attempts but I can guarantee that the improvement is slowly happening- Just gotta keep at it after all!

On that note though, pixel art is very fun so far and a nice breath of fresh air compared to my usual illustrations. So yay, thanks for the encouragement!

Ah, good to know, thanks! I tried out a few more heads and kinda got the hang of curves, though it definitely still needs some tweaking and work haha. But looking at other people's art and references definitely helps. (The good thing coming off of more practice is that I can kinda see the mistakes I made right here, so yay.)

As for colors, I'll keep it in mind, thank you. I guess that advice is true for pixel art as much as for normal illustrations - But somehow it still escaped my mind haha.

Great job on your MTG-style card designs, they very much remind me of card games I enjoyed as a child and do bring back some pleasant memories~

Hey, thank you very much for the warm welcome and the advice, I'll make sure to keep it in mind! Also, incredible work on your 3rd newest pic, the one with the mountain of skulls and the lady holding one of them. Love the color scheme and theme~

Alright, I reached Level 2 so I can finally reply to your kind comment! Thank you so much for the tip. Since I'm already used to drawing illustrations, I'd definitely say simplifying the colors is probably my weak suit - As well as taking in references, should have looked at some rainy pixel scenes.

Anyway, thanks for the warm welcome, and happy pixeling! And very cool art you've created, I love the Orc and the simplicity of it, even if it's a bit older already.
