The colors are nice, I like that you added more than just a few grey tones. Though I think you still could have a metal look with less colors. What I miss, are some stronger highlights (like on the face) to have a better metal-look instead of only the color of it.

The colors are pretty!  Maybe some touches of purple in daker areas give a special effect to it.
The dithering is nice, but could be done better.  This way the colors don't blend in each other very well. Every pixel placed wrong when dithering destroys the dithering-effect, take care of that.
And some AA would be good -  you used it on the left round part a bit, but the rest needs it as well ;)

I think the problem with the hair is the same size of each strand. Try adding thinner and thicker strands, and maybe a few single ones. And for the color I'd suggest to try a less yellowish one. Adding a few other colors (more and less saturated) will help to get a more natural blonde.

Edit: And to get more depth in it, take care of the lightsource. Light on the face is from the right, so the face on the left is dark. Why not darken the hair as well ;)?

The lines are nice, but I think the color palette is a bit too greenish/grey for a moon. I suggest to use one shade in the palette which is more golden instead of 'dark yellow'.

As well I see you dithered the darkest shade. The problem here is, that the dithering is very irregular. Try to make dithering more symmetric/regular ;-)

The colors are nice, I like the blue and the red eyes. The skin could be a bit more smoother, at least smoothen the edges of each shadow ^-^
