Thanks for the advice. I'm working on the contrast, and outlines are like that cause hair is WIP. >But why should I use less colors? I'm using this for a flash game, I have no color number limit :S

 I made some changes to it, following your advice. Also I polished the shape of his nose, so it looks more tengu-like:

I draw the outline on the inside of his pants too at first, but it looked like the pants were tighter and thinner, I didn't like it. And hakamas (that kind of pants) really look like a dress sometimes, so it isn't too bad I think.
