A huge amount of pixelclusters are exactly the same, and there would be even more similarities if you fiddled about with the resize (Pixelknights seems to be squashed and some parts are a little bit nudged). At the very least its traced as hell, and he'd never be able to produce work this good on his/her own. I'm reporting this.
