The exageration in the leg and arm muscles is very good, and I'd say the rest of the body would benefit from them as well. Very nice!

The smoke looks more like leaves or some kind of plant, but they've got nice form. The background is very empty, so the clouds look a little out of place, and the cracks in the ground could be more subtle. The rest of the shading on the ground is good too.
