Looks great, motion is fluid and easy to read, however, it moves slowly for a running animation, You could remove a few frames or reduce the exposure.

Mind your colours, most of them have similar saturation values, makes the image flat.

Are there really 30 colours in the piece? looks like you can easily trim some.

The big anime eyes don't read so great, I'd redraw them or shrink them.

I like the background design, though the stars are a bit too colourful and evenly spread.

Add a light source and do some shading!

Thanks for the comments! The background leaves a lot to be desired, It was the last step of the process and I ran out of time.

I do want to get back to it and improve this piece, as I had tons of fun with it. Hopefully after the school stress levels drop a bit.

Your light source isn't consistent.

Face has sort of front lightning, body has top, legs got right-ish.

When I need a visual aid when dealing with light I draw my light source on the piece, helps keep it in check.

There are always execptions but generally you want to avoid using frontal light

I can feel how cold the metal is, fantastic texture.

You're right, I had a limited canvas and didn't plan ahead as I was making it, so it feels crowded.

I was thinking about redoing it with proper spacing and a vivid background, think I'll get it it soon!
