	TheVC @ 2/15/2006 07:24 commented on Aragorn, 03 'properly?' excuse me? i did this pixel BY pixel. it took hours. i did it in MS Paint with a pencil tool. Do you HAVE to dither to make pixel art? and pixel art doesnt need to be in colors. Now i admit, this image got saved as a JPEG by accident, the original BMP file was eaten by a computer virus on my last PC.
