good job! you are good in using the blur effect too.

I would also suggest working with a smaller canvas, half or even quarter the current size to make the drawing look more like pixel art. As for shading, try to go either "redder" or "bluer" in shades, instead of going "blacker" directly. not sure if that made any sense!  Good job and keep it up

I think it's way too big considering it doesn't have that much detail and shading, the hair could have a little bit more volume, and more contrast on the skin tone. I would make felicia a little bit darker too. The anatomy could be tweaked a little, especially the torso, even if it's a perspective the navel positioning looks a little awkward.

So the easiest way to get to the hall of fame is to draw huge fan service "pixel art", admins?
