Haha, oh wow, I like this. Nice work. Cute ears, too ;)

Awesome clouds! I also like the eye, it looks very very nice :) If I can just point out one thing that I don't really like, it's that the foreground and the background don't seem to be connected at all...

Agreed, there's a lot of pillowshading, I think you should really fix that. The tree looks like it's upside down, if that was your intention then that's cool, but otherwise I'd suggest making the base wider. I like the atmosphere though, cold and creepy.

Thanks for your comments! I don't think I'll go back to fix this piece, but I'll keep your comments in mind for future projects. Glad you liked it :)

Don't give up on pixel art! You don't have to be an expert to enjoy pixelling. On the contrary, isn't all the fun in seeing how much you progress over time? :) Anyway, I think this chess piece looks very solid, and I like the way you combined the colours. I would suggest adding a bit more contrast, and to make the hair a lot darker. Keep it up, and don't let the unhelpful comments bother you :)

I think they all look awesome. And I just love your colour choices <3

Nice work on the bottom figure (where is his other hind leg though?), but I think the dithering on the demon doesn't look so good. If you're going to use so many colours anyway, you might as well use solids.

Oh wow, a CGA-coloured pixelart! How nostalgic. You did a really good job at managing those difficult colours. Kudos on the subject matter too, Edger Allan Poe is awesome.

The green is really... green. I would try desaturating it a bit. Also, the light source seems inconsistent. Otherwise, it's pretty good, keep it up.

Awesome! Those would probably work really well as desktop icons.

Very cute! I like the colours a lot. But...does it have a nosebleed?

Thanks! At home I use graphicsgale, but at work I only have mspaint :(

Awww, I was hoping the preview was only a thumbnail of a bigger image :) I think it looks really good, I especially like the way you textured the fluffy bits.

Wow, incredible work :o I really love the tiny wings sticking out of its neck. If this creature existed for real, I wonder how big it would be?

Cute :D I think it would look better if you removed the background though...

Very nice work, I love the way you did the chainmail. I would probably make the darker colours a little bit darker though, and add some shadow on the leg. But for the rest I really like it, keep it up!

Awesome! Like the others, I also love the way you textured this. And I'm very impressived with how you pulled it off by using only sixteen colours :)

Thank you all for your comments! The outline was indeed a stylistic decision. I tried completely removing the outline, and it just doesn't look good. I'm not going to change the thickness but maybe I'll experiment a little with making it a little lighter :) And I agree about the sharp corner in the right heel, but so far I haven't been able to figure out how to fix it...
