I got sent a message saying that I should put this in the WIP forums, but it is finished. It is the first piece of pixel art I have ever made.

The message meant to say that a Mod found that it is not ready to be added to the gallery and needs fixing somehow.

Some things I can suggest are:

•the yellow corner appears to be not pixelart
• the background is useless and has to be reoved. Use www.iaza.com or download giffy from the FAQ page in the main page.
• The shading on the red is toooooooo simple and can be improved.

I will move to the WIP section for you. You are new so its ok to have to fix stuff you create even if you feel you are finished. This happens to everyone so its not personal.

I'd suggest colouring the black lines and cutting down on some colors too

Everything has been said that needed to be be said. So I'll just say: Don't give up.

You could reduce the color count to at least 16 and there is also alot of shading you could add to this piece. Select a light source and do some shading.
