1: can anyone make up their own challenge?

1 - Yes!, if you have a good idea don't tell others and send your challenge to your favorite neighborhood Mod.
2 - If it was a challenge entry it probably did not follow the rules and if refular pixelart for your gallery something was wrong with it and was not included (thus inclusion). |
