It looks very flat - it needs more shading,

The purple outline doesn't have enough contrast - try a darker color for it.

Try hair texture on the hair to make it look like hair.

Give him clothes and things - he is large enough to show more detail.

Make the bg color transparent.

Interesting guitar is it a casio dg-20?

Decide whatever your gonna go with outlines or not, If one thing has outlines and another doesn't it usually looks bad.
I don't think the cut quite works at this size.
