I really need a good PNG animator for PC, I can't fnd one that allows you to animate images other than crappy GIF ones. Thanks.

Hmm...  Well, PNGs cannot be animated.  But if you download GIMP, you can select all your saved PNG files and left click and select 'open as layers' and save it as a GIF and select 'save as animation' and put your desired frame rate.

PNGs can be animated. There's a PNG extension, APNG, that allows you to create animations. It's kinda well supported (Firefox and Opera, last I checked).

It's mostly useless for pixel art, since it usually has an indexed palette and very few colors.
